Reeling Freedom Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to serving those who have served us. Our mission is to provide offshore fishing experiences to Veterans and First Responders who may not otherwise have the opportunity to enjoy the healing power of time on the water.

We are built by Veterans, First Responders, and proud Americans who believe deeply in freedom, service, and giving back. These trips are more than just fishing — they create camaraderie, connection, and a chance to decompress among those who understand the journey.

Founded by Paul Gage, a 22-year United States Marine Corps Veteran and USCG-licensed Captain, Reeling Freedom is driven by a lifelong commitment to service. Alongside Danielle, this mission is currently fueled by passion, sacrifice, and personal dedication — with both balancing full-time careers while growing this foundation.

As Reeling Freedom expands across the country, our vision is to bring on additional captains, crews, and vessels to serve more heroes nationwide.
